hi guys and welcome back to my channel
at home Michelle if you want to see how
I lost seven pounds in seven days using
this then keep watching I'll talk you
through what's in the box how slimfast
works and thoughts and feelings for up
to seven days meal ideas and lastly my
top five tips on staying on top

initially is purchase this slim fast
7-day starter pack so this will give me
everything I need to do the seven days
and so in it I've got the shakes I've
got some porridge I've got a few snacks
and a couple of meal replacement bars as
well you get a sample meal planner so
it's got an idea of what you kind of
what your seven-day should look like so
anyone who doesn't know how it works it
essentially is on a free tube one
concept so you're allowed free snacks a
day which have to be under 100 calories
then you have to meal replacements so
that will either be a shape or a meal
replacement bar and then you're allowed
one meal which has to be under 600
calories so what I'm planning on doing
is having the shapes for breakfast and
either a shake on wheel replacement bar
for my lunch and then having I and a six
hundred calorie meal in the evening I've
just had this delivered today gonna
start it tomorrow and yeah look forward
to sharing my journey with you and
fingers crossed out to your work and I
lose a few pounds they were not on
slimfast and I'm going to step on my
scales

if they won not just came down to have
my shape for breakfast I need how do I
make this them 250 ml of cold skimmed
milk oh then I need to cut and shape hey
guys what put some men
icing it next time as well but yeah she
quite - so we're on day one of slimfast
and I thought I'd give you an update
quick update and so I had my first shape
at around 9:00 9:30 this morning bow
should have seen earlier I had it with
70 members skimmed milk so we'll just
been out to a stir and Watson skimmed
milk so now we are to have the proper
shake and it's currently ten to one and
so far not actually hungry which
normally I've had to find a quitter to
meet by now I'm getting a little bit
peckish now so what I'm going to do is
have one my snacks but a four I would
try one of these slim / Mac so I'm going
by the cheddar flavor bikes
so I eat these now and then probably in
another hour or so I'll probably have
another shake so I'm not happy with the
skin meal this time so you know how I
get on so I'm going to have my shape as
a replacement for my lunch so I've
actually got my skimmed milk now

it's now about six o'clock and we'll
just been out for a walk so I went for a
quick half-hour walk around the block
and sorry about the hair it's a bit wild
at the minute
I'm feeling really hungry earlier but
then I had my hummus and carrots ditch
that kept me going inside now I'm going
to go make dinner for full recipe

and it later didn't actually have my
second training to about three o'clock
but then I had my carrot
I had the carrot sticks with the hummus
and yeah that I said yep we went for a
long walk before did a long walk about
half an hour before dinner then have
dinner I waved my dinner out so it made
sure I didn't ask him any kind of carbs
in there to keep the calorie count below
this 600 C from it's been actually at
you fine so I've still got one of my
snacks it out I could probably not have
it if I'm honest but you know why not so
what I'm going to do is have one of
these simple snacks I'm going to have
the chocolate caramel treat

morning so I'm currently on day two so a
wave of thought this morning but
stupidly I weighed myself after I had my
morning shake and a cup of coffee and a
pint of water so I actually weighed
three pounds more than I did yesterday
which it's kind of annoyed me a little
bit but I'm hoping that it's just
because way myself after breakfast so
tomorrow I'll make sure I weigh myself
at the same time which is before I've
had the morning shake so it's about 12
o'clock now and what I'm going to do is
have my morning snack and this morning
I'm having the porridge so I'll show you
how I make it and let you know how it
tastes just going to have the slimfast
porridge for a snack so it's really easy
to make all you need to do is pour the
sachet into a bowl and mix it with 120
mils water stir it for around 15 seconds
and then leave it to sit for two minutes
just to give you a quick update on day 2
so Poppins town today so I didn't have
my thing you'll see I have my porridge
before we came and then while I was in
town I said I bring in a shake with me
if I have one of the meal replacement
bars and got be honest it wasn't that
much so I'm not very impressed by their
much prefer the shakes and Wendy Gregg's
because it was my daughter but I was
really good and just had an Americano
which is only nine calories so yeah
impressed with myself there and although
now it's nearly half five so I haven't
had my afternoon snack and I am
absolutely starving
the the bars oh it seemed to fill me up
as much of the shakes so I think I'm
gonna stick to more of the shakes them
the actual bars so I'm gonna go home now
probably won't have time for an
afternoon snack
so I'll just get straight off dinner I
go so just forgive you never update on
day two
we've just got back from town so far I'm
actually feeling quite good it's weird
but I'm only on day two and I actually
feel let's blow it already sorry
not with this in my head or but yeah

morning guys so it's day free of
slim-fast and didn't have time this
morning to show you how I made my shake
but pretty obvious same every day so
we're off to baby sizer
basically it's a measure on David group
with my dog to stay so about the I but
really bad hay fever we slept with a
windows open and just like yeah I think
he was killing me I've got my shake this
morning so it's actually really handy
because it's quicker than half a normal
breakfast I'm just going to drink this
now and yeah I'll let you know how I got
on the rest of the day just got back
from the baby sloth group and it's about
11:30 now and I'm absolutely starving
and I had my shaker a half nine so yeah
pretty hungry and so I'm just gonna have
one of my stats it's actually slightly
over a hundred calories I'm having one
carrot which I've cut into cubes with a
small hummus pot this is thirty percent
fat free and the little hummus pots are
a hundred and eighteen calories

so it's about half won on Lavery I'm
just having my meal replacement shake
for my lunch

these rats are so tasty and really easy
to make you don't even miss not having
tortillas with them that jam-packed full
of edge and you can have about five of
these for under 500 calories morning
it's day four of my slimfast diet and so
far so good
and although I woke up this morning
feeling pretty hungry it's nine o'clock
now and we're just on the way to
swimming so just going to have my
strawberry shake okay so I've just got
back from swimming and it's about half
11:00 now so I'm going to have some of
the poverty of my snack for the morning
attention earlier how I was feeling a
bit peckish this morning and as soon as
I had my shake I thought absolutely fine
and I've been swimming that everything
so yeah I wasn't actually that hungry
one thing I've realized since doing this
diet is that prior to start in this I
think I was eating for the sake of
eating like eating because of wanting to
eat as opposed to actually being hungry
because I've been hitting around 1,100
1,200 calories a day and I've not felt
hungry so it kind of tells me I don't
really need that much food prior to this
I was probably some days hitting you
know like 2,000 calories a day so yeah
it's made me a lot more mindful of what
I'm eating
so I also nip to the shop yesterday and
bought some banana shake just to mix
things up a bit so I know I'm on the
seven-day starter but it is something
that hopefully I do want to continue I'm
just up on bones it's about 2:30 so I
didn't actually have my porridge until I
got here about twelve o'clock so now I'm
going to have my meal replacement
I mentioned earlier that I bought the
slimfast banana sorry I'm going to have
this one now and then we're off to the
park

morning it's day five of my slimfast
journey feeling really good today is
Sunday also little wouldn't slept until
nearly half eight so yeah really like
revived and amazing today and it's
nearly caught to eleven and how many
women eaten yet had a couple of vermin
peppers coffee now I'm just about to
have my the strawberry shake today they
were going to a kids party and barbecue
so it's going to be yeah quite
challenging to stay on plan but I'm
determined it's about ten o'clock Sunday
evening which is day five my slimfast
journey I'm feeling pretty tired and
today has been really difficult and so I
said earlier that we went to a kids
party where there was loads of nibbles
hot dogs chips everything and then after
that we had a family barbecue with yeah
all the food you can think of so I've
tried to be really good I did have quite
a bit food BBQ and then I had two
glasses of wine as well which was really
naughty
so yeah difficult day today that
tomorrow back in my routine I feel like
one day where I've slipped up isn't too
bad and I've not massively slipped up I
still have my shape and hopefully
haven't gone I'll do my calorie count
later so having hope you gone to over my
calories and got a new book today so I'm
over and over the pinch of non book
you've got loads of recipes in here well
endure this it can be color is up I'm
allowed for my meals and had a quick fit
through earlier and normally do my meal
planning on a Monday so tomorrow are we
going through that and hopefully getting
some recipe
week it's about four o'clock on day six
yet they say it's wrong now and I'm just
gonna have my afternoon snack
so this afternoon I'm having chocolate
caramel treat
I've already had my shake so I had
banana shake for breakfast and then I
had strawberry shake for my my lunch
meal replacement this morning snack was
carrots and hummus we're looking forward
to dinner later which is chicken curry

we're finally on day seven of my
slimfast journey feeling really good but
I'm just about couple mornings now it's
slightly later so it's about 12:30 had
the strawberry shake for my breakfast
and then now I'm going to have the
porridge as my snack I'm walking to work
today just a half a day and watching
some presentations and I know there's
some cake to celebrate so I'm going to
make sure I don't get tempted I'm going
to take one of my sim past bars with me
for an afternoon snack and I'm also
going to take my ever so essentially my
lunch meal replacement Daphne I'm going
to have banana I've completed my seven
days and slimfast now it's time to step
on the scales and to see what I've lost
that is eleven stones one and a half
pounds I really really happy about one
day eight and I finished my seven days
on slim-fast
and I feel really good so you live
seeing that I lost nearly seven pounds
which I've didn't expect to lose I
expected to lose maybe like two to three
pounds but not seven but I feel really
good I also as well as losing the weight
I also feel a lot better and more
clothes I feel my clothes fit better
feel have lost a bit of weight run more
to me so yeah just generally feel really
really good I'm through the past seven
days I've learned some things so I
thought I'd share with you my top five
tips so my top tip is to plan everything
so plan what you're going to eat dinner
and also plan your snacks because then
that stop shoe you kind of go into the
fridge and grab my chocolate bar
anything
plans of snacks out then yeah much much
better for you and also making sure that
you track your calories so I'll use the
app for My Fitness Pal and whatever you
have so put your shakes in there put
your lunch in there but you snacks you
dinner everything and and it just it's
really helpful to keep you on track
because remember you're only allowed
1200 calories a day and it's really
important that you put things like you
have a cup of coffee or you know you go
out and have a cappuccino that's a lot
of calories so make sure you track it
and that will really help
ferb tip is to make sure you get a
little exercise so I didn't exercise a
lot and I'm not going to the gym or
anything like that but what I did try to
do is go through a walk every day so
even if it's just a half an hour walk
around the block that will really help
as well and another tip that I think is
really useful is if you do go off track
don't beat yourself up about it don't
worry about it just try and get back on
track as quickly as possible so you see
on the Sunday that I went to a barbecue
yeah and I went off my color is a little
bit but didn't beat myself up I ate too
much got back on track the next site and
still lost nearly seven pounds and the
last thing I would say is again about
tracking making sure that you track your
weight loss so weigh yourself before you
start and make sure you weigh yourself
at the same time every day so I would do
it in the morning and before so as soon
as you've got up before you've eaten or
you've drank anything while yourself
then and and not just weigh yourself but
also take photos of yourself it's a
really horrible thing to do if you take
a photo of yourself you take the throw
yourself at the end then you can
actually see the progress that you're
making and you may also want to measure
around certain areas like your thighs or
your tummy so yeah just tracking that
again if you are starting to lose a bit
of motivation and you can look at where
you've come and that will really help as
